Submission Finality
Once a film is submitted to the Direct Monthly Online Film Festival (DMOFF), the submission is considered final. Films cannot be withdrawn from the competition after submission under any circumstances. -
Non-Refundable Entry Fees
All entry fees are non-refundable. Submission fees cover the administrative and operational costs of the festival and will not be refunded once the submission is processed. -
Refund Requests Within 24 Hours
Submitters may contact the festival team within 24 hours of submitting the film to request a refund.-
Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision rests solely with the festival management.
-
Refund approval during this period is not guaranteed and depends on the nature of the request.
-
-
No Refund After 24 Hours
After 24 hours of submission, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including film disqualification, non-selection, or withdrawal requests by the filmmaker. -
Non-Selection Policy
Entry fees for non-selected films will not be refunded under any condition. Submission fees are for the consideration process only and do not guarantee selection or awards. -
Refund by Festival Decision
In rare cases where the festival independently decides to initiate a refund (as determined solely by DMOFF):-
The film will be removed from the festival selection listing.
-
It will not be forwarded to the selection committee or jury for evaluation or judging.
-
If the film was already selected or judged prior to the refund decision, it will be excluded from all further processes, including screening, awards, and publicity.
-
-
Final Authority
The decision of the DMOFF festival management regarding any refund or submission-related matter is final and binding.
