SYNOPSIS : Luciano Busacca, one of the last Sicilian storytellers, reaches the places of the Cavalleria Rusticana. Conquered by the suggestive prickly pear valley and the old buildings nestled in the hills, he descends to the village of Cunziria. Between the silence and the sounds of nature, he recounts the secret love between Turiddu and Lola, Santuzza’s jealousy, and Alfio’s dishonor among those spaces. Thus he imagines the various moments of history, up to a final heartfelt, which pines and moves him, in that authentic representation of strong Sicilianity
